Chess Wizards is looking to employ an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruitment Specialist will play a critical role in attracting and selecting top talent to meet our organization's hiring needs. This position requires a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
The Recruitment specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and assessing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and play the role of a consultant
• Screening resumes
• Performing phone and video interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Performing reference and background checks
• Providing feedback to applicants and keeping them updated throughout the entire selection process
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Updating reports on job requisition activity
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to proactively source and attract candidates using various channels and platforms.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
Perfect fluency in spoken and written English (C1, C2).
Remote Work Requirements:
High-speed internet
Reliable and secure equipment with microphone and video capabilities.
Quiet location to work, with minimum interruptions, this position will be making calls most of the time.
What we offer:
Salary: $14,000 yearly or more based on experience.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM CST, Weekends Off
